There is aV\ area of grass at the south end and a large parking lot in the middle. Originally the landscaping included several large shade trees, but they were destroyed when State Street was widened. State Street borders the property on the east, 11000 South is the north border. A canal, cut off from the school by a chain link fence, forms the west border. The canal also accounts for the irregular shaped site. Another chain link fence forms the south border.
