Mr. AnderUtah I son representing sohools of the valley and Mr. Myers the Power II Bi-ngham Distriot ,explai ned the vari ous rates and sohedules, & ilPointing out to the Board that in ·a few oases by signing new Light l oontraots the rate oould be out to some extent; that expert Survey II' engineers had visi ted the various -plants, and by oomparison Report Ithey had found that the sohools are now getting the very Ibest sohedule rates. They stated ·that the oompany was willing il &nd glad to give assistanoe at all times.- l The Olean Sohool Campaign Co~ittee, oonsisting of Mr. Chairman, Mr. Wootton, Mis·s Jensen, Mr. Beok, Mr. '~, Greer and Mr. Bartlett appeared before the Board relative to· ',':. the report of the past year and suggesting a new plan of oampaign I for the ooming year.
