Show 19 Mr. L. N. White, representing the Wasatch Gas Company appeared before the Bpard with reference to the installation of gas in schools of the District, more particularly Crescent and Sandy. Mr. White stated that in the Midvale School with - the now reduced price in gas, and in thecut in combustion of the boiler by the engineer of the Gas Company, th us cutting very materi ally the amount of gas consumed, the gas bill would be cut at least $300.00. Then, too, if thermostatic control were installed in each of the buildings ~he gas consumption would be cut very materially. Reported that the estimate,·for Orescent would be approximately $420.00 for in~llatJ~ and $327.00 for annual consumption of gas.
