" " Upon recommendation of Dr. Richa rds, it was the ruling of :i the Board that Mr. Reynolds, janitor at Lark, be given a COD- It Lark tract for 1930'-31 upon the condition that he comply with the !i Janitor rulings of the Board with reference to janitors. :i Ii i Lark KinderI garten It was the ruling of the Board with ' reference to the petition from Lark req uesting a kindergarten for that school that the matter be held over for one year. ~ A communication from Mr. O. S. Jensen was read, wherein he applies for the position of engineer for Bingham Central , and ,High Schools. The matter was referred to Dr. Richar(is. II It was the deciSion of the Board that where any changes , are to be made in plans and specifications by architects that i tbe done by the School Board thr ,;ugh their building superintendent only; that this be inserted in the specifications. Scott of Scott and Welch was called before the Board Bingham with ref e rence to the plans and specifications on the new High Bingham High School. Was informed that for the present, in Plans ' order to keep within avail able revenues th a t the auditorium be~ Aud. , temporarily elimina ted from the plans. Also that the plW'ls and specifications previously presented by the Architects rela t iveto type of construction in gym floor and balcony in gymna ' ium be adhered to. ' . , The building committee were authorized to meet with th" Architect and again to investigate' thoroughly the plans and. : specifications on Bingham High building Wednesday night. June ll ' at g P.M. ' Mr. Mickelsen moved that the c ,o ntract on the building to be ' erected at Crescent be awarded the following contraotors: General Contract: Salzner and Thompson. With Alternate ' No '. 2 calling for Econocrete Constructi on for $42J. 425.00. Plumbing and Heating: M. S. Lott. for $6.47b.OO Electrical Contract: To Ape~ Electric for ' $1.995.00. thi making a total of $50,g96.00 for the building. Seconded by Mr. Dahl and motion oarried. The Clerk was instruoted to release all other ' oheoks and return to contractors. A report as submit~ed by Mr. Hall was read, wherein he stated that the work on J. H.
