Motion carried, Regent Culp moved approval of the following contracts seconded by Regent Bennion and carried, CONTRACTS APPROVED Contract with the Veterans Administration on studentcredit=hour-instructional cost» Contract with Navy on tuition and expenses of students on Navy program° Master Minds contract with Ray Eggersted. Master Minds contract with the Griller String Quartet. Contract for the Extension Division to act as agents for films of the United Nations Organizations. Regent Bennion moved approval of the following contracts seconded by Regent Culp and carried: Modification Nov 3 to Contract No" W-18-064-CM239 with the Chemical Corps in the sum of $11, 149° 69., Contract with the U. St Navy Task Order No" 1 under Contract N1238~80062 for $14, 000., (Difficulties in negotiating Inyokern contract with respect to overhead allowance, ) PATENT AGREEMENT WITH ARMOUR COMPANY ACCEPTED On recommendation of the President, Regent Bowen moved approval of licensing arrangement with Armour Company which covers discoveries and inventions by research workers at the University that prove to be of patentable inter- est to the Armour Company" The motion was seconded by Regent McShane and carried. A contract between. the University of Utah and the U. S. Army Chemical Corps in the amount of $28, 830: 80 for the teaching of courses at Dugway Proving Grounds in fuel tech- nology, chemistry, electronics, mathematics, bacteriology, botany and Russian was presented for consideration.
