The nomination has been well prepared, however , a few items need to be included in order to present it to the State Board of History. It is recommended that a public meeting be held to inform the peo ple within the district of t he nomination and what it mean s to them as property own ers. We need a li st of the individual property own er s in order to send them a notice of the public meeting. An example l etter that we wi ll generate i s enclosed. In additio n to Utah State Historical Soc iety representatives, a Farmington CLG representative and Wayne Ball e should be prese nt at the meeting. A CLG approval letter is also enclosed for your completion and return. We appreciate Farmington's enthusiastic preservation efforts and look forward to presenting this nomination to the property owners as well as the State Board of History.
