I have extracted from the Internet the relevant portions of the Section 106 regulations, so please be sure to look up the actual regulation to insure the greatest accuracy (see enclosed). If you would like to view the entire Federal regulation, it can be found at: http://www.achp.gov/36cfr.html The Utah Code section 9-8-404 can be found at: http://www.le.State.ut.us/--codeffITLE09/09_07.htm Please keep in mind that the applicability of these regulations is contingent upon State or Federal involvement. To my knowledge, there is no such involvement at this time.
