Show 7558 5536 THE SPECIAL MASTER: That is satisfactory to me. THE SPECIAL MASTER: Is there anything else? MR. BLACKMAR: I don't think of anything further, your Honor. THE SPECIAL MASTER: I would like it to go on record that I wish to express my appreciation of the admirable and helpful spirit in which this case has been presented and tried by counsel on both sides, -- a spirit which I consider befitting the high dignity of the parties litigant and the character and importance of the issue involved. I also wish to express my appreciation of the assistance rendered to the Master by the engineers on both sides. I further express my appreciation of the efficient and courteous service of the court reporters. I would like to have that made part of the record. MR. BLACKMAR: In behalf of myself and my associates I desire to thank your Honor. MR. FARNSWORTH: And we on behalf of the state very sincerely join in the thanks. THE SPECIAL MASTER: The case is adjourned. ( Thereupon and adjournment was taken until Wednesday, April 9, 1930, in the city of Washington, D. C., at a place to be designated.) |
