Show 7504 Yokey- D 5483 I suppose it is not technically rebuttal, because this witness testified -- MR. FARNSWORTH: I withdraw my objection if that is the situation; I just didn't want to start to re- try our case. THE SPECIAL MASTER: I think I did ask to have the conflict of testimony between Mr. Yokey and Mr. Wimmer and Mr. Sawyer removed, if the conflict was probably a mistake. I agree it is not perhaps rebuttal. I am a little embarrassed by the situation. MR. FARNSWORTH: I withdraw the objection, your Honor. BY MR. BLACKMAR: Q Go ahead, Captain. ( Thereupon the reporter read the preceding question, as follows:) " Q. Captain Yokey, when you were on the stand before you testified about certain government survey supplies which were taken from Halverson's ranch, and there seems to be some testimony in here that maybe they started at Wimmer's ranch. Will you explain that, please?" A The survey for that proposed dam was completed before Mr. Wimmer ever got to the job.
