A I think I left here on the 10th of April, and the trip was probably on the following day; my recollection is it must have been on the 11th of April, 1926. Q When you left Salt Lake City did you also intend to take the trip down through Glen canyon to Lees Ferry? A Yes sir. Q Who was in charge of the Moab Garage boat? A I do not remember. Q How did you get from Moab to Crescent wash? A We drove back to Greenriver and then drove from there by automobile to Hanksville; from Hanksville we took automobiles to Granite Springs; from there we went by wagon down to the river. |
