Q Was it a screw propeller? A Yes. Q What was the purpose of that trip, Mr. Tasker? A That was a reconnaissance trip, to look the country over with the idea of putting stock in it. Q And was the trip made merely to Townsite bottom, or were there other scouting trips down farther on that occasion? A That was a permanent came there when we went down there, and then we went on down to Valentine bottom, that is possibly three miles below there, that is as fer down the river as we went at that time, and up to the Fort bottom.
