Show 5535 and that arguments will begin in the City of Washington on April 9th, at a place to be designated by the Master later. Does that cover it? MR. BLACKMAR: I think that takes care of the situation. MR. FARNSWORTH: I think that will be ample time. Now, about the form of these briefs, your Honor, the copies to the filed with you, will you desire these briefs printed? MR. BLACKMAR: Mr. Farnsworth, I think in a case of this kind they ought to be printed. MR. FARNSWORTH: If they are printed it will take ten days of our time to get them printed and get them back there to Washington. Pretty short time to answer your brief. MR. BLACKMAR: Why don't you have it printed, and serve us with the typewritten copies? THE SPECIAL MASTER: That is the way they do in the Court of Claims. MR. FARNSWORTH: In connection with this, may it be further understood that the serving and filing of a typewritten copy by either party may be done within the time specified, and the filing of printed copies may be within a reasonable time following the argument? MR. BLACKMAR: That is satisfactory. |
