Show 7437 Wolverton- C 5416 Q Did you have any teams on your ranch across the river? A None except hired teams. Q Was there a good road from Wimmer's ranch in to Greenriver during the time you were there? A No. Q Was it just a passable road? A Yes, passable with a wagon. Q Mr. Wolverton, you were subpoenaed as a government witness in October, were you not? A Yes sir. Q And you were sick at that time and couldn't come? A Well, I wasn't exactly ill. Q Well, anyway, you told the marshal you didn't feel like coming at that time; is that right? A That is right. ( Complainant's Exhibit No. 633 was thereupon marked by the reporter.) BY MR.
