Palpi with a projecting tuft of hair below 2nd joint, the 3rd naked; maxillary palpi triangularly scaled; proboscis present; antennae somewhat annulated and ciliated. Fore wing wdth veins 3, 4, 5 from near angle of cell; 7 from upper angle; 8, 9 stalked ; 10, 11 free. Hind wing with vein 3 from before angle of cell; 4, 5 from angle; 6 from well below upper angle. Fore wing with the apex produced and acute ; a tuft of raised scales at lower angle of cell; veins 3, 4, 5 from near angle ; 6 from well below upper angle ; 7 from angle ; 8, 9 stalked; 10, 11 free. Hind wing with vein 3 from angle of celi * 4, 5 shortly stalked; 6 from well below upper angle. |
