Irby, F.Z.S., exhibited and made remarks on two specimens of the Greater Bullfinch (Pyrrhula major), killed on the coast of Yorkshire about 1st Nov., 1893. Mr. W. T. Blanford, F.B.S., exhibited and made remarks on specimens of the Siberian Ibex (Capra sibirica) and the Ammon Sheep (Ovis ammon), shot by Major Cumberland in the Altai Mountains. Mr. Swale Vincent, M.B. Lond., Demonstrator of Physiology and Histology, Mason's College, Birmingham, read a memoir entitled " Contributions to the Comparative Anatomy and Histology of the Suprarenal Capsules." This portion of the memoir dealt with the suprarenal bodies in Fishes and their relation to the so-called head-kidney. This paper will be printed entire in the Society's ' Transactions.'
