Show Guard Stations, such as Trout Creek, Colton, and Paradise, have been used by the Forest Service for many years to support our project work. Generally in this area, they arc mostly used by the District Trail Maintenance crew. Trout Creek, Colton, and Paradise Guard Stations were all built in the 1930's. They are all located on the District'$ primary transportation system, (see attached map). Recommended ~apacity at Trout Creek is 6 people, Colton 8 people, and Paradise 4 people. ...
