FARNSWORTH: Q Now, you last testified, on your direct examination, -- THE SPECIAL MASTER: Have you asked anything as to what Mr. Wimmer's boat consisted of, the crew and so on, or are you going to wait until he is on the stand? Perhaps maybe just as well. MR. FARNSWORTH: I understood the witness had said there were ten men. Q Did that include Mr. Wimmer and his crew, or was that exclusive of Mr. Wimmer and his crew? A I think about ten or twelve men, including Mr. Wimmer, would be about the size of the outfit. Q How many men did Mr. Wimmer have helping him on his boat? A I don't know whether his son was with him that time, on that trip, or now; I remember very distinctly Mr. Wimmer being along. Who he had with him, I don't know.
