A In the first place, we couldn't get a boat that suited us, and then the people told us we couldn't do it. MR. FARNSWORTH: If the court please, I don't think counsel ought to press that. He tried to give that hearsay once before. THE SPECIAL MASTER: Strike that out. BY MR. BLACKMAR: Q Now, leaving out what anybody told you at that time, did you discover any other difficulty with going forward with the raft which you had? A we had all the work and trouble with the raft we wanted anyway when we got there. Q You had come to the conclusion it was not a suitable thing to navigate in? MR. FARNSWORT: We object to that.
