McCowan Asks if transfer to Chilocco for three boys who were caught visiting girls could be arranged. Has also asked that they be taken to Fort Defiance for thirty days of disciplinary labor. Peterson describes condition of Navajos on the Reservation, stating the scarcity of work and the necessity of his locating work for them after leaving the school.
