Enclosed are government rules and regulations for the Grand Junction School. Feb. 29, 1888 Atkins, J. D. C, commissioner of Indian Affairs Letter to C F . Stollsteimer, Indian Agent, So. Ute Agency, CO. The commissioner informs Stollsteimer that the President has decided that a qualification for receipt of a portion of the $ 4000 gratuity fund is that all who have children of school- age, must send their children to the agency school or to the school in Grand Junction.
