Show Crime - 140 Report on letter concerning Indians committing depredations on game and stock in San Juan County, Utah. Agent informs Commissioner that none of tribe is on hunting expedition. Dickson, Supervisor in Charge, Southern Ute Indian School, Ignacio Commissioner has received Agent Smith's letter of January 21, 19 05, and is instructed to take no further action in depredations alleged to have taken place in San Juan County, Utah. NA, RG 75 Feb. 15, 1905 Peterson, W. M., Supt. & Act. Agent, Navajo Springs Letter to A. S. Wood, Sheriff, San Juan County Complaint of depredation in San Juan County has been referred to agent. Lewis School Letter to Commissioner of Indian Affairs Peterson requests permission to purchase seed for San Juan and his son, Patricio, both of whom have been accused of killing Wap ( Nowiats) and are awaiting trial.
