Commissioner Letter to Secretary of the Interior According to Congressional Act of Aug. 24, 1912 ( Public Law No. 33 5), Confederated Bands of Utes to be paid $ 100,000 by judgement of court of claims. The agencies involved in this disbursal are the Uintah & Ouray, Navajo Springs, and So. Ute. Tribal trust funds stated to be independent of said fund. Methods and prerequisites of payment discussed.
