Upon receipt of your letter, I had my_staf^f_^ontact Senator Johnston's office and they were told that their^pubTic witness "cTocket was full. As you clm""appreciate, we receive literaXl^PFvundreds of written requests to testify, beginning in early January. In any event, I understand that you were invited to submit a written statement for the record and told that if something opened up you would be called. Well, I understand that you were in fact, able to testify before Senator Johnston on April 2nd.
