Show Transportation Existing transportation uses on sovereign lands include the northern and southern railroad causeways and portions of 1- 80 along the south shore of the lake. Both railroad causeways are located on easements granted by the predecessor to DFFSL or the Legislature for those purposes. Causeway easements vary in width between 200 and 2900 feet, and allow for construction, operation and maintenance of structures within the easement to support and facilitate the transportation uses. The Davis County Causeway is a county road right of way. The planning team identified the following resource concern: • Designation of roads, causeways and utility corridors needs to be considered.
