But from then in it was all Wyoming as Bob Devany's wrecking crew showed the crunching power that eventually was to lead them to a share of the skyline crown. Fullback Mike Walker and All-American Chuck Lamson put on an awesome display of running power as the tough Cowboys churned the Utes into the muddy soil at snow-filled Ute stadium.
