Endonements In presenting any plan or proposition to the executive committee of the National Federation for approval, only such endorsements of the plan or proposition may be used as are signed by the member endorsing, or by the president and of the unit recording secretary endorsing. Membership Lists The Federation is opposed to releasing lists of names of members either of the National Federation itself, or of the state federation as separate units, or of any individual club. Releasing such sidered in opposition to the a list shall be con policy of the Federation.
