Show APPEND IX 4 UTAH FEDERATION OF BUSINESS AND r tt< PROFESSIONAL WOMEN'S CL UBS, INC RULES OF THE 1966 STATE CONVENTION The Committee on Rules recommends the adoption of the following rules to govern the State Convention of the Utah Federation of Business and Professional Women's Clubs, Inc, I. in Brigham City, Utah, May 13 to 15,1966. VOTING BODY A. The voting body of the State Federation Convention shall consist of duly elected officers, Past State Presidents who have retained their membership in the Federation, District Committee Directors, President's of local clubs, State Standing Chairmen, and the duly accredited delegates of each club. Delegates shall be entitled to alternates. B. No member shall have than more one vote, and no voting by proxy shall be allowed. C.
