Show MINUTES OF THE FORTY-FIFTH ANNUAL CONVENTION OF THE UTAH FEDERATION OF BUSINESS & PROFESSIONAL WOMEN'S CLUBS, Beaver, Utah June 8, 7, & INC. 9, 1968 PRE-CONVENTION EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING The Executive Committee met the DeLano Motel, Beaver, order at 3:05 p.m. Friday, June 7, 1968, in the Utah, with President" Jean Fox President's room of calling the meeting to State President Jean Fox; DeLone beginning of the meeting were: Karla Petersen, Vice-President; Hulet, Recotding Secretary; Helen Dahle, H. Anne Corresponding Secretary; Kidd, Immediate Past-President; and Mrs. Elsie M. Gould, National Representative. Josephine Yergensen, 2nd Vice-President; Bessie Mower, Treasurer; and Cynthia Curtis, Parliamentarian, were excused. Also present were Donna B. Cartwright, President of the Beaver Club, and Vilda Smith, Convention Chairman, who reported on convention arrangements. Present at the 1st B. Ms. and a Vilda Smith, Convention Chairman, presented the printed convention program few corrections were made on page 12, as noted in the copy attached. Easterling, and Jean McCarrey, personal development chairman; also from Anne Ericksen, State Past-President. Letter from Mary Fikes, President of the Mississippi Federation, in behalf of Mildred W. Norris, candidate for National Recording Secretary. Letter from Shirley A. Gosselin, President of the New Hampshire Federation seeking support for Elsie M. Gould, candidate for National Recording from Roberts for contribution toward a gift for the Reqest ope outgoing nat10nal pres1dent. (It was noted that this is a budgeted item.)
