VOTING BODY The voting body of the state Federatien Convention shall consist. of duly eleoted officers, past state presidents who bave retained their members'hip in the Federation, district directors, preside:nts (i)f local clubs; state standing committee chairmen, and the duly acoreaited delegates of each club.
