Show Executive Committee Minutes A meeting of the Executive Committee of the state Federation of Business and Professional Women's Clubs, Inc., was held June 6, 1965 at the home of Jean Fox in Salt Lake City, Utah. President Joyce Frisby called the meeting to order at 10:15 a. and the following were present: Frances Lenox, first vice Jean Fox •. recording Immediate m., past state president presidnt Anne Kidd, second vice president secretary Geraldine Noakes, treasurer Josephine Yergensen, and corresponding secretar.y Elva Pierson. Geraldine Noakes read the minutes of the last committee meeting and the state Convention. These were corrected and approved. Josephine Yergensen moved that all treasury reports with the in exception of current year and previous two (2) years be stored a manner that a similiar to the clubs other records. Jean Fox suggested check be made to determine if sufficient space was availabe at the with this same looation as other records. Motion carried suggestion.
