Lewis School Letter to Commissioner of Indian Affairs Peterson lists the allotments crossed and amount of land needed for right of way for the Denver & Rio Grande Railroad. Mar. 3, 1905 Peterson, W. M., Supt. Letter to Commissioner of Indian Affairs Received letters concerning proposition of moving unallotted Utes belonging to Navajo Springs Agency to some unoccupied land on the Dolores River. Letter to Commissioner of Indian Affairs Agent reports that transfer of jurisdiction of allotted and unallotted Southern Utes has taken place, also given is census of unallotted Utes.
