Weaver, Agent Notified again of actions taken by the Interior and War Department with the removal of Indians at Abiquiu and Cimarron. Agent is informed to take charge of Indians without any delay upon their arrival. June 26, 1878 (?), acting commissioner Letter to Francis H. Weaver, Indian Agent, Tierra Amarilla, N. M. Agent is informed of arrival of Ute negotiators, who will consolidate Ute bands into one agency and extinguish their rights to the southern portion of the reservation.
