NA/ RG75/ 54817- 1933- Con Ute 307.2 Oct. 24, 1933 Thompson, Benjamin H., Wildlife Division, Nat'l Parks Letter to Director, National Parks Regarding the extension of the Mesa Verde boundaries, he discusses the wildlife of the area of the park. Recommends that the extension be made. Also that wild life which is now extinct be reintroduced to the region. Dec. 21, 1933 Wattson, D. H., Supt., Con. Ute Agency Letter to Commissioner of Indian Affairs Objects to the extension of Mesa Verde Park and rebuts some of Mr. Thompson's statements of justification.
