Antennae ochraceous ; thorax grey; abdomen grey, with white segmental bands ; anal extremity ochreous. Wings below slightly paler than above, otherwise similar: body below creamy whitish, tarsi tinted with ochreous. Expanse of wings 29 millim. Mount Kenya, in bamboo-jungle at 7500 feet, and in the upper bamboo zone at 900 feet. I know of no species nearly related to this very pretty little Geometer. 213. PHILEREME NATALATA.
