I have written you several times, and I have telephoned you. On each occasion, a promise has been given to arrange for payment, but nothing has ever happened. Copies of letters to others interested in the Sanpete Development Corporation have aCknowledged the debt, and there is no question that you have received the services furnished. I am therefore left with no alternative than to bring court action for payment which will result in a judgment for the amount due, plus court costs, unless you choose to repay in full before such action occurs. I do not see why you should choose the latter course, with its attendant additional cost and notoriety. You ,viII have until August 7th, 1972 to meet this obligation,. otherwise, routine processing of this claim will proceed through legal channels. .' |
