Show This Preservation Agreement is made for the benefit of and shaH be enforceable by the Utah Division of State History. The Utah Division of State History shall have authority to cancel, waive, or modify any provisions of this Preservation Agreement. The Utah Division of State History shall have the right to enforce any provisions of this Preservation Agreement by action to recover the grant-in-aid funds or otherwise.
