The deadline for the completion of all work items is July 31, 2001, unless otherwise noted or agreed upon. Any changes to this Scope of Work must be approved by the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO). BUDGETSEC110N 1. Development: Ephraim Co-op Upgrade foundation $10,000 Total Project Budget* $10,000 -- _. - --== *lncludes grant amount and 50150 local match. Total must consist of at least 50% cash expenditures . WORK DESCRlP110N I. Development ($1O,OOO): The following rehabilitation work will be completed on the National Register-listed Ephraim Co-op: Install a foundation drain to prevent further water damage to the building. Products and Standards: Prior to starting the rehabilitation project, the CLG must submit a work plan for the project to the SHPO and receive written approval of that work plan. The approved work plan should be used for requesting bids from contractors. Approved procedures for selecting a contractor must be followed, including obtaining at least three bids. The CLG must submit to the SHPO copies of all contracts with contractors for completing the work described in the work plan. The work plan and the actual work must conform to the SHPO's "Development Standards" (Jan. 1991 version) and the Secretary of the Interior's "Standards for Rehabilitation" (1990 revised version).
