Black Const. 145 South 100 East Ephraim, Utah 84627 Date: Ephraim Craft Guild 10 North Main Ephraim, Utah 84627 Job: April 1,1987 Renovating "The Granary" Dear Ladies, I herby submit a proposal to renovate "The Granary" to meet all Utah and Federal building codes that apply to the Ephraim area with the following specifications: Provide water, sewer and gas lines into building. Provide all plumbing and fixtures for culinary water and one restroom. Provide framing and finish work for one restroom. Provide and install natural gas furnace adequate for entire building, but only finished for main floor. Provide electrical service and finished on main floor. Installation of insulation needed for efficient furnace operation. Replace windows and doors with most reasonable replicas. Install wood flooring on main floor. Prepare and finish walls and ceiling on main floor to near original. Apply new soffit and facsia to exterior of the building. I propose to furnish labor and material complete in accordance with the above specifications for the sum of: Nineteen Thousand Fifty and no/100 dollars ($19,050.00). Payments to be made monthly on amount completed. Accepted. The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified.
