BUT if Chrifiianity is f0 excellent aRule for the Conduét of human Life, it may be aiked, What is Civil Government ?--For that doubtlefs is a Rule as well as the other, and a Rule plainly defigned for regulating the Behaviour of Mankind. The great Qieflion therefore is, Do thefe Rules clalh with each other?
