Show 252 The Chairman announced that the next matter of business would be presented by Vice~Chairman Eccles, who thereupon introduced for consideration 8. resolution authorizing the issuance of $1,. 000, 000 RESOLUTION OF UNIVERSITY OF UTAH DORMITORY BONDS APPROVED University of Utah Dormitory Revenue Bonds of 1954, providing for the sale of such bonds, providing for the payment of principal thereof, and the interest thereon, and entering into certain covenants and agreements in that connectionq The resolution was then read by the Secretary and pursuant to a motion made by Regent Woolley and seconded by Regent Gibson was adopted, all members voting "aye" and upon being signed by the Chairman and the Secretary, declared to be in effect, (Due to the length of the resolution, a Copy has been attached to these minutes) The following resolution providing when notice of "Sale of the $1, 000,; 000 University of Utah Dormitory Revenue Bonds of 1954 can be published: was adopted on motion of Regent Eccles seconded by Regent McShane, all members present voting "aye... "‘ RESOLUTlDN RESOLVED that, upon notification by the Finance Committee that the required amount of money necessary to pay for furnishing the new mens' dormitory is available, or will be available as needed under guaranties satisfactory to the Housing and Home Finance AgenCy, the Chairman and Secretary of the Board are authorized and directed to cause to be published a notice of the sale |
