Horsfall: REPORT ON IRAN PROJECT January 15, 1954 Dear President Olpinz The commission due the University of Utah on the Iran Project from October 1, .1951 to December 31, 1953 ' amounts to $19, 380. 15. This amount has been transferred to the University by Mr. Garrett" As we have fewer technicians in Iran now, our commission will decrease some. Lately they have been transferring Civil Service men and women to Iran instead of calling upon the U. S. A. C. and the University of Utah for more technicians.
