Treasury 2% bonds, ' maturing September 15, 1953, Mr Garrett reported ROSENFIELD FUND REINVESTED that the bonds had now been exchanged by the University Treasurer for 2-5/8% one-year certificates of the U..S Treasury Department. This action was ap- proved on motion of Regent Eccles, seconded by Regent Bowen.
