| Abstract |
This collection contains bound volumes of minutes of the Board of Regents meetings, including accompanying materials, such as contracts, correspondence, meeting minutes of subordinate committees, and faculty newsletters. The Board of Regents historically served as the governing body of the University of Utah. In 1969 the name was changed to the Institutional Council (the State Board of Higher Education later adopted the name of State Board of Regents). In 1991 the Institutional Council became the current Board of Trustees. |

(three scholarships given to three colleges in lieu of small Christmas gifts from company.) A recommendation from Dean Bowers that fees FINANCE AND EXECUTIVE for medical students entered under the Interstate Com- COMMITTEES TO STUDY pact be changed from $650,, 00 to $450., 00 was referred CHANGE IN MEDICAL FEES to the Finance and the Executive Committees with UNDER INTER- STATE COMPACT power to act on motion of Regent Benniom Contracts as listed in Appendix Two were ap- proved on motion of Regent Culp seconded by Regent CONTRACTS APPROVED Bennion.
