Honorary Degrees Regent Gibson, Chairman of the Committee, requested HONORARY DEGREES COMMITTEE the Regents to submit to her names of persons for consideration by the Committee for honorary degrees at the June Commencement. Faculty Committee Regent Bennion, Chairman, reported progress on FACULTY COMMIT TEE the assignment to his Committee concerning recommended PROGRESS REPORT changes in the retirement program. Regent Bowen excused. The following request for a leave of absence was LEAVE OF ABSENCE . FOR PROF. BAILEY APPROVED approved on motion of Regent Evans, seconded by Regent McShane. Professor Roger Bailey, Head of the Department of Architecture, four weeks leave without pay from November 23 through December 19 to do a project classified as restricted with Eric Gubler, New York Architect. Regent Bennion moved approval of the following re- LEAVE OF ABSENCE FOR DR. WIN TROBE APPROVED quest for a leave of absence, seconded by Regent Woolley and carried. Dr. Maxwell M.
