H. Bowman Complains Utes who had trouble at the start of the month on the Mancos are camping on the Navajo reservation making everybody uneasy. Ute Agency, Colorado Bowman requests Southern Ute agent to take the Utes who are camping on the Navajo reservation back home. These Utes are considered a " bad element" to have around.
