Show Record storage. I feel that it could be done. The country through there is cut up more or less. It is a country over which ditches could be build. There are no irrigation projects now under con-sideration that would extend into Utah on the south side of the San Juan to my knowledge. The lands under the Turley project are farther up the San Juan River in New Mexico. They do not extend into the Indian Reservation. Defendant's Exhibit NO. 28, being map prepared by A. L. Kroeger, was received in evidence. A. L. Kroeger testified on cross examinations follows: In my estimate of 506,000 acres, I made deductions for 5172 roads and ditches and lands, that could not be reached. The Dolores River flows into the Colorado and the Dolores dam site is within the State of Colorado. There are certain waters from the Dolores which are necessary to the Montezuma project. There are a small amount of the water of the Dolores which is sub - ject to prior claim of persons up in the head waters of the Dolores. Complainant offers on evidence pages 156 and 157 of report of A. B. Davis, director of Bureau of Reclamation, dated February 4, 5173 1922, which deals with the Dolores project, and is Senate Document No. 142, and the same was received and copied into the record. A. L. Kroeger testified for defendant in re- direct exami-nation as follows: 5178 I am familiar with the fillings on water of the Dolores 5179 River within the State of Colorado. The estimates of available water that I gave are a statement of the unappropriated, available waters of that stream. 5180 Henry Grimm testified for defendant on direct examination as follows: I live in Moab.
