Show Record truck load. If I take a lighter load, then I charge by the trip. For the rates I have stated I consider five to eight tons a minimum load. George H. Feranz testified for defendant on redirect examination as follows: I have hauled freight from Greenriver to circle cliff, 4677 a distance of 125 miles, and received four dollars and twenty- six cents a hundred. Circle Cliff is West of the Henry Mountain. I have hauled freight from Greenriver to Flat Tops, a distance of 60 miles and received one dollar and seventy- five cents. I have hauled freight from Greenriver to Horseshoe Canyon, 4678 a distance of 50 miles south of Greenriver, and received one dollars and fifty cents a hundred. George H. Franz testified on re- cross examination as follows: The rate from Greenriver to Moab, a distance of 50 miles, is cheaper because it is on a highway. Down to Bluff it is about 260 to 270 miles. 4679 On my direct examination I answered than I had no knowledge of any of the members of the party being on the river be-fore. They might have been. I could not say that Andy Wimmer had been on the river a good deal before. He might have but not to my knowledge. I am not sure whether he was on the trip going down from Greenriver. My recollection is he came down from Moab to the junction and then came back to Greenriver with me. George H. Franz testified on re- cross examination as follows: I use white and Mohrland six ton trucks. I figured two hours running time from Greenriver to Moab and usually make it in that time unless I have a mishap to the truck.
