Show MINOR SPORTS Hardy, B. Campbell, Meagher, C. Campbell, Hardy Tennis Queen of the women's sports, tennis held the lead in the intramurals. The racqueteers kept in condition by playing throughout the fall and spring seasons. The fast Phi Mu team and the versatile X Club teams were crowned victors in the affiliated and unaffiliated tournaments respectively. In singles the competition was equally as keen. Again the X Club produced a winner, while the Delta Gamma representative emerged victorious in the sorority contest. Basketball The activities of the women's intramural basketball during the year vied with those of the men. Keenness of the game was developed by the girls and alertness, speed, and clever playing were necessary for the Delta Gamma and Gazet teams to emerge victorious in the affiliated and unaffiliated tournaments.
