Show ADMINISTRATION ~~J~hc <=d~Y>u&'tti<}lament (j^ea'z.cl It is the duty of the Apportionment Board to allot the funds received from student activity fees to the various school activities. After the manager of each authorized student activity has submitted an itemized budget of his contemplated expenditures for the ensuing year, the Board apportions the funds on hand to the various activities according to their needs and the amount of money available. Among the activities receiving apportionment s from the Board during the past year were the four school publications, the Executive Council, the Athletic Council, the Associated Women Students, Debating, Dramatics, the Extension Division, the Music Council, the Stadium, the Women's Athletic Association, the Pistol Team, and other special act'vitics. The Board also made a grant for the annual audit of the A. S. U. U. and student accounts. The Apportionment Board is made up of the president end treasurer of the student body, the university bursar, two faculty members, and two inper classmen. The members during the year were A. L. Jensen, chairman; Herbert B. Maw; Leon Garrett; Richard Van Winkle; Hyde Clayton; Adam Bennion; and Elmoin Kirkham. Thirty-two |
