Show ADMINISTRATION a Characterized by the freshness of their vigor and loyalty to Crimson traditions, the Sophomore class, under the excellent guidance of Spencer Nowell, completed the year with numerous and outstanding accomplishments to its credit. Victory over the Freshman in the log roll was admittedly the important success of the year, although the members proved the diversiiy of their talents with the establishment of leaders in every field of recognized university endeavor. The officers, in addition to Spencer Nowell, were Julia Brixen, vice-president; Dorothy Miller, secretary; and Keith Brown, treasurer. Nowell, Brixen Miller, Brown a An ardent enthusiasm representative of true Utah spirit has long been an established precedent of the Freshman class. The earnest cooperation of this year's members in supporting the intense inter-class rivalries, such as the log roll and sack rush, as well as their splendid response to the numerous campus activities easily acknowledges the class of '38 a typical advocate of Utah traditions. Greatly responsible for the splendid initiative were officers Roy Simmons, president; Betty Hampshire, vice-president; Ruth Hardy, secretary; and Lester Nordquist, treasurer.
